Planning & Stantec Limited (P&SL) was incorporated in November 12, 1996 with Planning Associates Limited (PAL) of Trinidad & Tobago and Stantec Consulting International Limited (STANTEC) of Canada both having 50% stake holding in the firm

P&SL is a Joint Venture company registered in Trinidad and Tobago. We combine the local Trinidad & Tobago and Caribbean experience of PAL, and the North American and International experience of Stantec. The Company’s comprehensive services in planning, engineering, architecture, surveying, and project economics support clients at every stage of the Facilities Life Cycle, from initial concept and feasibility to project completion and beyond. P&SL is not a direct employer of professional personnel; instead, personnel from both firms are assigned to specific projects under clear contractual responsibilities.

Our vision is to become the top design firm in the Caribbean, and to achieve this objective we will continue to pursue excellence in design and project delivery, and follow an orderly growth plan building upon our solid foundation. We are confident that we can achieve our goal because we have dedicated employees with the ability to execute our proven operating strategy through a sustainable business model that enables us to continue to grow.

Planning and Stantec’s services are delivered through a focused business model that allows us to manage risk while pursuing our objective of continued revenue and growth. In addition, our strategy includes expansion outside our existing scope of services where opportunities arise to grow organically.

Our objective is to continue to increase the depth of our expertise in our current practice areas, particularly in the areas of Transportation and Architecture. Our business model also includes provision of services in all five phases of the project life cycle; planning, design, construction, maintenance, and decommissioning. Through the combined resources of our staff, we are able to undertake projects of any size for both public and private sector clients.
